Excellent care from the receptionist to the doctor, short wait time. Answered all my questions in a manner that I could understand.
Baptist Health is a very good and caring hospital. I can not say enough for the hard working nurses there. The doctors are first rate and they care. Bed side manners are wonderful. All the staff go out of there way to assist you in anyway they can. Thank you
Usually I have a great experience when i visit but I went Thursday with severe gout pain and basically got a bandaid and sent home. Saturday I returned by ambulance and got pretty much the same treatment.
Fantastic staff, from ER to the Heart Unit. I had great care! The entire staff took great care of me even though I am a bad patient.
Nice building, but the majority of the nurses are about as cold,lazy and snotty as can be!! Forget they work for the patients!!!

Hands down the best hospital we have ever encountered! From admissions to discharge. You feel the genuine compassion from beginning to the end. We have been in many hospitals in the south and east coast to justify our feelings. A successful surgery too. All the Glory to God.
