Love Baptist Medical Center everyone is very friendly and the food that t hey serve is very good.
The nurses, doctors, everyone we met were friendly, upbeat and helpful. It's very nice to be at a hospital whose staff knows how to ease the minds of their patients and the family.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who took care of me while I had to have an emergency ieoliostomy. Words cannot express my gratitude for the wonderful care I was given.
My 5 year old son received a steroid injection to his knee yesterday. The outpatient surgical nurse he got let him take his time to wake up. The anesthesiologist was kind and helpful, even though I did not have any questions before the procedure he checked back with me afterward to see if I had thought of any. I had a cousin in ICU there for a long time. Treated him terribly. Pulled a tube out of his chest twice and family had to find it. Threw him around when he couldn't speak to say something that they were hurting him. Wouldn't come in promptly when buzzed. I could go on and on. Looked like they were trying to kill him. Family was taking turns while he was in a coma to watch the nurses. Not a good place to be in ICU for sure.
We landed in the ER last night when my 3-year-old badly busted her lip, and I knew she'd need stitches. Everyone from the front desk clerks to the security guard to the nurses were beyond kind and helpful. We saw Dr. Chris Jackson, and he was superb. He was gentle; he told us exactly what he was doing; and he was fast and efficient. I was anticipating us spending 6+ hours there, and we were in and out in 2.5 hours. Thanks to the staff, a bad situation was made a little easier.
All the nurses in labor and delivery area where so tremendous... Everything was Excellent
