I walked in sick as a dog leaking infection out my jaw and I was treated real nice until they discovered I had no health insurance den den put me out
We are here right now. Our first night we had awesome care. We are on fourth floor. They are so shorthanded it is unreal. The patients are being shorted on care because of this. If management is so bad on the floor no one wants to work the floor shouldn't the higher ups try to do something about it and find the cause and rectify the problem. Just a thought.
A very special thank you to the emergency staff. I took my 92 year old Mom to the ER last night (Friday the 13th/full moon) and they were slammed. The entire staff, who were very professional and compassionate, treated her as if she was their only patient. She’s fine now thanks to their hard work.
the nurses and doctors were all very kind and respectful. Even though I was in the ER for 3 hours before the told me I was being admitted, that was ok, because they had lots of other patients. They worked efficiently to run what tests were needed, and always checked on me and kept me informed on everything.
My Husband had a colon Resection 8/14/19 by Doctor Nicols. Him and Courtney are AMAZING! Also 2 of my Husband’s Nurses Natalie and KC were so great! They were always in the room checking on him. I felt comfortable leaving him at night. HOWEVER, his Nurse Yolanda was absolutely terrible! She refused to give him his pain medication and was eager to get him out of there.
