Very poor service I have been waiting in ER for 3 hours and have not seen a license medical person yet.
The WORST! If you so choose to go to this "hospital" then bring a snack, a fold out bed, and maybe a fresh change of clothes. I waited over 4 hours to have my vitals checked. When asked about the wait time I was told that I would have to wait behind chest pains and ambulances. I get that l, I know they come first. But are you telling me that in the whole 4 hours I've been there bot one single bed opened up? Oh but the beds for the chest cases and the ambulances just seem to appear.
Treat there employees unfair like someone else said the big wheels are worried about profits sad but true they need to open there eyes look who is paying them the patients if it wasn't for them big wheels will dumbasses you wouldn't have a job
My daughter broke her arm and we took her to the care Center they took x rays and put her is a make shift cast that was bigger that she was and I was told that it was just a small break of the big bone and to call dr. Dodds Office on Monday they wouldn't answer the phone or return any of my calls so my husband and I went to his office and got nowhere was told that she would have to wait a week with that huge cast that was making her fingers numb. My husband was taken here last Monday with symptoms of a stroke. He was confused, trouble speaking, not understand what was said to him, couldn't remember people or things and a bad headache on left side of head. Ct should nothing but it can take a couple days to show up. He was told there was nothing medically wrong with him. Said he had a stress headache.
