Checked into the Care Center at 1:20. Was seen at 2:40. WAITED FOR A LAB PERSON to come from the hospital for over an hour to draw blood. Was told there were only 2 in the hospital because it's Saturday. I understand money savings but not at the cost of patient care!! Do not blame the staff, put the blame squarely on administration. These issues are why people on our community travel to other facilities.
I love this hospital! They've always done a wonderful job and the nicest when I've been there!!! Keep doing what y'all do best :)
Worst Emergency Room service I have ever seen, I have been here with Family and Friends many times, You can expect 3 to 5 hour waits no matter if they are busy or not.
