Need to pay more attention to patients about their own care.
My mom had a massive heart attack on Sunday. She was taken to Baptist Health Madisonville. That hospital is AMAZING! The heart Dr meet her at the er doors! He wasted no time. They got her straight in to try for stints. EVERY person we talked to was so professional and spiritual. There was two people that went on and prayed with and for all of us before mom's surgery. Always have to wait over an hour in the waiting room then wait another thirty minutes on the table waiting for the doctor just to be told there's nothing they can do just go home and take some cold medicine. I'd rather go to Owensboro.
This place is absolutely the worst place to come. My Dad has been laying here for over a hour in severe pain and when the nurse finally comes in he has a smart attitude. His name is Josh.
