I was referred to Dr Mufti in March. I got an appointment for June. Her office called to move my appointment up 2 days. Then a few days later I got a card in the mail for SEPTEMBER!!!! I drove from Hopkinsville to Madisonville to the appointment. It had been canceled. The lady said they tried to call but it was the wrong #. My # hasn't changed in 5 years!!!! My father was admitted immediately after seeing many health care providers. He was diagnosed with heart failure on the left side. Baptist health saved his life and performed a triple bypass. He now attends physical therapy there three days a week. They took and continue to take wonderful care of him! It's the only hospital we go to!
A loved one had surgery today in outpatient surgery. Her nurse Abby was absolutely magnificent! She was very caring, attentive, and informative. She also had the best personality you could ask for. Dr. Stevens was also very friendly and caring. Could not ask for a better experience than what we had. I hope the outpatient surgery as well as baptist health realize what an asset Abby (RN) is to their team. All others involved in the process were also friendly, professional, and helpful.
They fired my sister for no reason just because she a made to much money . And her bossed lied straight to her face about her job also.
My mom was a patient there in June 2016,having terminal ovarian cancer, I feel that someone disregarded her condition and sent her home with Hospice with out any concerns as to how the transport home would affect her over all health and pain control,, this was something that no one should have had to endure especially at their end of life,, very disappointed at the way Baptist Health,and Hospice handled my mom's care,,
