My son went to ER with his fourth kidney stone. After 2.5 hours in waiting room, I went and picked him up and took him to Henderson ER. They took him right in. He was in so much pain and Madisonville didn't care. I contacted someone in a higher position and I was told the average wait for the emergency room in Madisonville is 4.5 hours. REALLY!!! I will be heading to Henderson from now on.
Slow, 4 hour wait , don't care, you can die in the waiting room. They need more than 2 doctors . Slow.
Two stars based on your parking for the Heart and Vascular Center. It's the worst I have ever seen and due to my health problems I've been to several medical facilities. I just circled the parking lot for 15 minutes waiting for some one to leave so I could park, making me late for my appointment. You all need to do something if you can't make the lot bigger then I suggest you move some of the doctors back to the Trover Clinic.
