I am so ***et and livid with Banfield. I had sign up for a wellness plan for my dog a about a year ago. Was taking her in for regular check *** which was only 2 plus and extra one for a skin allergy. When I took her in for her last checkup she was her fine normal self when we dropped her off. Got a call that everything was normal and she was ready to be picked up. Then when my husband got there, something was horribly wrong. She couldn't walk, she was lethargic and we were told she may have internal bleeding and to go to the... read more

We have been waiting for our dogs test results for a week now, and I was informed the we will not get the results until the doctor that sent out the test was in the office. This is unacceptable. Our dog may have cancer and waiting a week for results we should have already received by now is asinine. The results should be available for any vet or vet tech to see so we can proceed with what needs to be done for our dog. Unfortunately this is not the only issue we have had with Banfield and we will not be renewing our plan when... read more

Banfield is a scam with over priced services. They literally will keep your pet half a day to give your puppy their basic shots. I believe they do this in order to justify the large ****.I went to the *************, ** office and I tried to cancel this insurance at the end of one year. The staff would not allow me to do so and hence the second year of insurance is beginning again. I have tried calling the corporate office and I can cancel only if i pay off this second year premiums.Please do not take your pets to this over p... read more
