So I got there $35 plan last year for my dog I only used it one time when I went in May of 2020. I just called to make an appointment last Friday for his shots and check up. I figured it would all be put on the plan cuz it was all supposed to be on the plan. So they scheduled me for this Friday so I go in on Friday and they tell me that my plan is no longer current. They take the money out for me that's the last one that they take out because my plans ended. They said that I called them and told them that I wanted to not ren... read more

Our dog just passed away, and we went to cancel his Wellness Plan. But were told that we have to keep paying out his plan until the membership year expires even though he's dead. Aside from the fact that we were originally told by staff that we could cancel anytime, it never would have occurred to me that a company would make customers keep paying for a Wellness plan for a dead pet. <div id="fpCE_version" style="display:none;">10.1.1</div>

My dog passed away and I went to cancel my wellness plan and being told me I have to pay the remainder for the year ABSURD. We took our dog there earlier in the year and he got his yearly vaccinations and a simple checkup and the person on support went on to tell me "The total cost of what was covered this year was $800 something dollars and you paid $400 so far for the plan." So they basically wanted to make me feel terrible after my dog has passed. We are taking our other three dog elsewhere after our plans expire. This is... read more

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Banfield in Manchester killed my dog. He was a 12 year old happy Labrador Retriever who still had a lot of life left in him. I brought him in on Saturday Feb 13 for his scheduled Wellness exam. He was happy to be at Petsmart. He loved going to Petsmart and seeing people and other dogs. The vet tech took him out back and that was the last time I ever saw him being himself. He came out about 20 minutes later with the vet and the tech. He was distressed, breathing heavy and pooped on the fl... read more

My dog was healthy no issues. I bring her in for a check up so they can prescribe heartworm medicine. Two hours later she has diarrhea and vomiting. I don’t know what they did to her and I plan on never going there again. You don’t bring your pet somewhere and pay $266 for dog vomit and diarrhea. Not to mention she yelps from the pain.

We have four cats and took them in for regular checkups, as well as for some problems that arose. Our youngest cat, Nemo, went in by himself, and the other three cats would go in together. We are pretty sure Nemo has pica, as he has been eating fabrics and rubbers and plastics, and we constantly have to keep things put away that would normally be left out. We brought up this issue with the vet, and they assured us it was normal cat behavior and as long as he wasn’t eating his litter there was no issue. We had another issue w... read more

My first visit was for a cyst to be lanced on my dog. They charged me $38 for a bandage. The incision was not healing properly and I carried her back to have it inspected and they charged me $37.95 to check an incision that was done poorly the first time. Petsmart or Banfield will not make another penny off of me. <div id="fpCE_version" style="display:none;">8.7.3</div>
