I always bring Mitty, my two-year-old cat whenever I go out of town. Glad that I've been able to spot a great offer in this store's pet carriers products! The product is of high quality and it's great for going outdoors.

We have been bringing our dog to this Banfield Pet Hospital for almost 7 years now. We purchased the Wellness Plans. We never had any problems with the facility until recently when we tried to make an appointment for our dog to receive routine tests and a vaccination. We were told that in order for her to be seen she had to be dropped off in the morning and picked up later in the day. After spending 4 days in the back room of the hospital with my cat, I was able to observe the entire staff and I must say they are awesome, they brought me tissues, kept my cats cage very clean, offered all kinds of different treats to help her eat. And aside from my cat I watched them with all the other patients as well, and those vet techs are serious animal lovers, when your pet goes to the back room with them they receive babytalk, cuddles, etc.
You can't get any better than Dr.Melcon and everyone at the Marina Pet hospital. I get teary eyed with emotion writing how great they are all there. I have been dog walking for 14 years now and I have seen some pretty pathetic vetinary care with so many critical wrong diagnosis but have never had a mis diagnosis by Dr. Melcon. She puts the pets first and not the person or money. This pet shop has everything that I need. The staff are very helpful in picking the right products for my dogs. They recommend products not for you to buy the most expensive but the right one for your dog needs. My top pick for petshop!

I had this insurance for 11 yrs just for in case of emergency. I was never impressed with the vets here. In 2008, I moved to San Diego. I started going here (La Jolla). The vet does not look at you and talk. He gave me statistics on how many dogs suffer from flea and related diseases and want to inject some trial drug. Then he left.
