I was here the second person in line with a animal that si suffering heat stroke and they took 7 animals b4 him and had the own get out of work to give them the physical ok. Then now wont give him care cause they cant find him in the system wile he went to the watchung one...its 2hrs later im now in a room and I have a nother hoir to wait. Wtf is wrong with these people. If he dies its on your head here
very happy with dr. melcon and dr. kim and staff. 7 days a week is very helpful. we have referred people to this clinic.
The medical care is excellent
As Marina hospital knows , we lost our much loved Belgian Tervuren, Jolie a month ago. Dr. Kim was wonderful talking us through this terrible time and we appreciate very much her advice and compassion.
Dr. Melcon is terrific
Everyone was very friendly and the service was prompt. Dr. Melcon did a thorough check up and explained what needed to be done.
We were traveling thru Tennessee and our younger dog developed bloody urine. Banfield fit us in, found large bladder stones, and fit her in for surgery the next day. Everyone was great, and she is doing very well. We have our follow up appointment in Michigan in 10 days. The assistants and doctors were great, and our wellness plan insurance has been a godsend during this trip.
