?????December 5th, 2014 Banfield Pet Hospital P.O. Box 13998 Portland, Oregan 97213 Attention: Client Advocate Team I am sending you this letter to inform you of a situation that took place at one of your locations. I feel that when situations occur such as the one I experienced, someone at the corporate level should be made aware as to insure that quality care can be maintained. On Sunday, November 30th, 2014 my mother and I took my two dogs to the grooming salon at the Petsmart located at 8970 N.W. Skyview Ave., Kansas Cit... read more

This is definitely a five star hospital. My dog was attacked on a Thurs afternoon. I rushed to them and they took so good care of him - his punctured lungs and surgery on his hind leg. I had been to 4 other vets before this for check ups and shots but never had such a wonderful experience. They made me feel confident enough to leave my little yorkshire in their hands. I have met all three of their vets there and can't find one thing wrong with them. And, also, the girls at the reception are really terrific. They all really h... read more

DON'T GO THERE!!! SAVE YOUR PET! They are so incompetent they treated my pet for 2 months with no results for UTI which cost me well over $1000.00. When I finally went to a different pet hospital it turned out my dog had enlarged prostate and needed to be neutered. Could have cost me just a few hundred. And how about the 2 months of wasted time and a pet in worse condition than when I first took him there. RIDICULOUS. And even after all this I can't cancel my "wellness" plan, which has nothing to do with the wellness of your... read more

Great place!! They clearly love animals and the staff really looks out for your pet's best interest. My dogs felt very comfortable here, as did I. I feel like they are in great hands!

I've always been a client of Banfield, until today that is. I always took my pet for everything there, I kept going because I love Dr. Arnold, after she left I wasn't sure if I was going to keep going there, and I did for a while. Today, my dog injured her paw, we had no idea what happened, she was out playing (and yes we were watching here that's why we got so scared, because it happened all of the sudden) so we didn't know if it was a spider bite or what, she was shaking, crying, licking her paw, she was OBVIOUSLY in a lot... read more

The staff at the Marina Pet Hospital have always gone far and beyond the call of duty. My pet, which I consider part of my family has had serious medical issues since she was 2 years old, and she just turned 12. In particular Rowena and Linda have always been professional, friendly, and most of all compassionate towards my little"Zoe". When ever I have her stay at there kennel, they always call me to update me on Zoe's condition. I would have never been able to go on any vacations, without knowing she is given exceptional ca... read more

This place is horrible. These people have no idea what they are doing. I took my dog here and they gave me two options death or spend thousands of dollars. I switched my options and went to a different vet and it only cost me 800.00 dollars and he survived. This place has no common sense and they think just because they are nice and "reasonably" priced that it entitles them. I will never ever recommend banfield to anyone and I hope they get shut down.

I saw Patricia Dineen for my visit because the actual vet was unavailable. My dog had her weight and temperature taken as well as her heartbeat. All of which my husband, a doctor, could have done at home. Patricia took a look at my dogs tick bite-previously most of the tick was taken out at night time by my husband. She said there's nothing she can do about whatever is left in there unless she is sleeping. I know that costs more money and she said she can give me ointment. I told her I can get the same ingredients of medicat... read more

After moving across country one thing my husband and I worried about was finding a new vet for our pets. We decided to try out Marina Pet hospital after reading several really good reviews. We were greeted with open arms right away and they made us feel comfortable to be there. The location is a little small but it is very clean and doesn't stink like most vets do. We started taking our dog there for regular checkups until she became very sick one day. They helped us every step of the way and went above and beyond with perso... read more
