Our cat has had a problem with licking the fur off his back legs. We saw a new vet today. She was very interested in our cat, and suggested an anal gland expression. She, and vet tech Emily, handled our cat with much care during the difficult process. They both showed compassion during and after the procedure. Even though my cat was.....unhappy....during the process, it was obvious they tried to make it as easy on him as possible.
As always, staff friendly and helpful. They know me and my "kids."
I feel that everybody was very knowlegable. The staff was very friendly to my pet and I.
The Vet took the time to explain what was done to my cat. They always are happy to see him and remember him by name. Great Service with knowledgable people.
The office staff, nurse veterinarian and the veterinarians were all friendly and made sure I understood all of my options before I dropped off my dog and what my final payment could be. After I came to pick up my dog they made sure I understood the home care instructions as well as making sure my follow up appointment was convenient for me.
The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. Pet was comfortable with everyone. Cared for health of pet.
We called in for some medication that we had run out of. The staff accommodated us and filled the prescription even though they were extremely busy. Front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgable of the medications and follow up.
Everyone is so nice and loves animals. The vet told me she loves corgis (my dog is a corgi).
Staff at the Bellingham location is always friendly and the service is usually pretty fast. I like that they tend to schedule appointments with the same vet we've seen before. My dog can be nervous around new people and she prefers women so I really like when we get Dr. Danson even when I don't specifically ask for her. I always feel like everyone there really wants to help and I never feel awkward asking questions. Overall experience has always been good at this location.
