The staff knows myself and my pets from being in there multiple times. They know the needs of my pets and are always helpful with my questions.
Staff at the Bellingham location is always friendly and the service is usually pretty fast. I like that they tend to schedule appointments with the same vet we've seen before. My dog can be nervous around new people and she prefers women so I really like when we get Dr. Danson even when I don't specifically ask for her. I always feel like everyone there really wants to help and I never feel awkward asking questions. Overall experience has always been good at this location.
Everyone was very friendly and they made my dog feel really comfortable. We will be back :)

I called ahead with a bit of an emergency situation. They were waiting for me when we arrived and saw me right away. The staff was very friendly, helpful, understanding, and appreciative of my financial situation. I also felt they treated my pet vey well.
