from the first phone call for an appointment (I am new to area), the first visit, the early morning drop off, the reminder phone call, the call from the vet explaining what he did, the pick up when again I got to talk to the vet, the tech, and the wonderful staff-I was very impressed. Looked after us right away, vet wanted to see our cat, even when we didn't have an appointment, gave our cat shots today vs next weekend - don't have to return next weekend. answer all questions, very caring about our cat very thorough with the notes, answer all questions, awesome! So far very impressed with Banfield Bellingham THANKS ALL!!

"My boyfriend and I rescued 3 very tiny baby kitties, extremely malnourished and 2 were already dead in the litter. We lost two the first couple of days of trying to get them to eat kitten formula, the one surviving kitty was thriving, doing great, up until the fifth day, I took her into Banfield, (1st time at a Banfield) and they were all so friendly and helpful, they even gave me a follow up call to see how my little ""Seger"" was doing the next day. We saved money on flea and tick medicine. They were able to see my pet in a timely manner, and took good care of my pet without ordering a lot of expensive tests.

The entire staff is so friendly, kind and knowledgeable. The love and take great care of my animals. Marco is now the second member of my family who goes to Banfield and is on the Optimum Special Care Plan.

I love the care and professionalism of all the staff. Our family has used Banfield for many years for all of our pets' needs and vet visits.....close to home.....connected to PetsSmart store.....fantastic staff...and is usually the way many of the visits are unscheduled.....always accommodated by the system.

They did a good job of teeth cleaning, along with checking our dog's ear and discovering an infection, which they treated and gave us meds and set up a follow up appointment. They showed concern in our dog being highly nervous but understood when we explained he was a newly adopted pound animal and he might have been afraid of another "toss up" in his invironment.
