They were very friendly and managed to fit us in even though we were a walk-in guest on a Saturday. The staff answered all the questions promptly and were knowledgeable.
They know me and my pet by name. Last year when I put one of my beloved dogs down! The kindness was overwhelming.

"Personable, ACTUALLY caring about our pet. Love this Banfield and have already recommended it to our friends! Very thorough in explanations, easily reachable when needed, especially when we were on edge about surgery. But they did a wonderful job!"
The staff knew why I was there and was able to talk to me about my pets issues. Told me to call if I had any further questions.
They took the time to explain what they were planning to do and how much it would cost. Gave me a couple of different treatment options which included different pricing. They also made sure I was clear on everything before I left.
Appoinment was wasy to make. Staff was friendly. Had prior knowledge of my dog.They explained the areas on my dog that would be affected so I knew where not to hold on to tight. They did a great job and the Wellness program is a great value for your money.
They are there for you when you need them.
I felt there was a sincere interest in seeing that my dog received the care and services we were promised.
