I am very disturbed by my interaction today. I called because our dachshund has had explosive diarrhea yesterday with vomiting and continues today with 5 loose stools since 4am and vomiting. Our current dachshund has been a pt at Banfield his entire life, he is 8 and our previous dachshund had been a pt at Banfield more than half his life he lived til he was 11 yrs of age. Been with Banfield for 12 years. Have a dog who has been vomiting for three days and Banfield wants us to wait three more days for him to be seen. You just lost our business.
Such nice staff. Dr. Danson is the best bet when it comes to my cats. Calm, attentive, and pays attention to the little things.
I had all the time and attention I felt my puppy and I deserved as a paying client, the vet was very reassuring and the vet tech was patient with all my millions of questions!
