DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A WELLNESS PLAN! We had to put my 14 year old dog down and we have to pay $300 to cancel the plan, or wait until the contract expires in 6 months. I understand that its a contract but the fact that they have no exceptions for when your dog dies is unbelievable. We have to keep paying for a wellness plan for my dead dog and its honestly heartbreaking. ********* Hospital, is not qualified, and should not use the word Hospital . My darling pet was euthanized yesterday, due to cancer in pelvis bone. They couldnt even red the **rays, but had me pay money , so some qualified person could read them. I bought my sweet girl in a few times, she was limping, and low energy. They werent too concerned about it. I took her to all her visits, for blood work, dental ext. When she had issues, I would be sent over to emergency hospital, which charged big fees. I called them today, to canc... read more

We have on average a "fair" experience over all these years. I have had my cat come to this Banfield for a year now and I have never been so disappointed with their service until about a week ago. I decided to get the soonest available date they had with a different doctor. I wanted my cat to get a dental examination and a check up. My cats appointment was at ****, and I received a call at 3:30pm telling me that my cat was difficult to work with.
