This place is a huge scam! We took our puppy there who kept coughing and was very lethargic. I asked the vet if it could have been allergies since we went for a long walk on a hay field the day before. She told absolutely cannot be just allergies and she wanted to run a bunch of test! So we did! Once all the test came back negative and $900 later she told me it was probably just allergies! They should be shut down for all the people the scam! STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!

Most Veterinarians I've known over the years truly love animals. At Banfield, it's about money. They sell their "Wellness Plan" ($~800/yr for our dog), but it is a ruse and a scam. Besides yearly visits, if you need a quick appointment, you will have to call multiple locations and even then, it may be days to weeks to get in. Covered? Well, pretty much nothing is covered. Words cannot express how upset I am with the process of canceling the Optimum Wellness Plan. Our beloved husky, ******, unfortunately had to be put to sleep on May 31st, 2023. I pay a charge of $58.15 on the 12th each month. I spoke with a representative regarding the cancellation of this specific plan since she is no longer with us. I was shocked when I was told that I still have to pay the remainder of the contract. That is absolutely appalling and I could not be more shocked at the lack of empathy. Avoid their wellness plan at all costs, it's not a benefit to you. You only spread payments out over a year. Then they auto-renew you every year, and NEVER refund any amount you DO NOT use. Not to mention raising costs for the plan EVERY YEAR! Started out around $25.95/month and now paying $45.95 for a small cat. That's poor business practices and shows me who they really care about.
