Attended a presentation after I had purchased a deed from a third party. Was told to apply for the whyndam rewards credit card and did at the presentation. Wanted to use it to purchase the partners plus program for $3000. Was told that I was approved and come back after I received the credit card to find out how the program worked. Waited three weeks and never received a credit card in the mail. Called Wyndham in the WI DELLS over 10 times and left messages. No response. Purposely cut the lines of communication off. Made an initial email contact with Mr. S***** 11/13/17 to set up time to talk. 11/15 spoke to Mr. S***** and fully addressed his concerns. Provided him the education he was looking for an other options available with his membership. He appreciated the information and understood.

Club Wyndham is not a honest company, I received unprofessional and rough treatment on the presentation on October 19,2017. it was supposed to last 2 hours but my group ended up spending 6 hours there . Our sales agent Mr.B. was a young veteran who did his job very well. Around 2 pm, when our group was tired and exhausted, Mr.B.brought in his manager a couple of times, his manager offered a deal for 126,000 points with $71.54 monthly maintenance fee, then a "VP" name "C.P." was introduced to us. Worldmark by Wyndham They treat their owners really bad I bought my first timeshares with them in 1998 and had my dues on auto pay from my bank and when I changed personal bank accts and my dues did not go through on auto pay. Due to banking error! They locked down my acct for 10 day and would not let me make a much needed reservation. There rep. treated me like a deadbeat, Even though I had paid in full from my new bank account. I paid dues on time for 19 years. Customer service reps was very rude. Don't buy these shares! When an automatic payment is declined, we do send out letters in an effort to notify you of the problem so that it may be corrected without causing an interruption to your ability to make reservations. If the information is not updated, it does go through the normal collection process for past due payments, which the collection company handles. I stayed at the Camelot By The Sea location 2 weeks ago and from there my first family vacation and both my daughter and my birthday was ruined!! I was bitten so many times by bed bugs throughout the night not knowing. I have pictures and video of myself and the bed bugs. It has been well over a week and no one has called me when I was supposed to receive a call last week today. No one has asked to see the video or pictures of the incident. Horrible experience, I can't get my balance anywhere, I don't get a statement with where my payments are being applied. I finally get someone on the phone who told me that in the 3 years I've paid Wyndham took over $5000 in interest and my princple only $1000. They lied about me using other points and points rolling over. I still do not get a statement and they call my phone at leasts 4 times a day to get more payments out of me. What was supposed to be about a $6000 investment is now going to be over $15,000 that is insane ... read more

I'd like to share my very good experience in dealing with Wyndham.. I purchased the rental of 2 units in the Virgin Islands from a guy that's an owner with Wyndham. However, the resort is not going to be open due to the destruction from the hurricane. After requesting a refund from this owner, since he no longer had 2 units to rent to me the guy refused to refund me. I have been a VIP Gold Owner with Wyndham for over 15 years. Up until a few months ago, I was a very satisfied owner and had purchased additional points on three occasions and had recommended Wyndham to friends and family members who also bought. This time share ownership is not about a financial investment, but rather and investment into a known quality of vacation rentals and a great website that was user friendly. That has all changed. Wyndham Sell People are lie to you to get your Credit Card no.and Promise to you don't listen to them even they call you again and again. I plan to now Block them but how many no you can Block.Just Beware don't give them Credit card no. on Wyndham Telemarketers. I wish I can give them Big Zero Star but here 1 have to so.

RUN-HANG UP IF THEY CALL...NEVER, NEVER, BUY FROM SHELL/WYNDHAM. We have owned through Shell Vacations Club for more than ten years. They will only speak to you when you are "buying" more points!! Now that they are owed by Wyndham - things have only gotten worse. We purchased a friends/family get away "supposedly to try out Wyndham properties" It was not, it was Shell and we continued to be told the problem would be corrected once they viewed the telephone recording of the sales person.
