We were staying at a property out in Branson that was pretty nice (yay, AirBNB!) during our vacation and when we checked in, they asked if we wanted to sit through a timeshare presentation for a $75 card and a 5 day 4 night hotel stay or a $150 gift card. After talking it over some, we decided it might be an interesting fact finding mission, and they assured us that the presentation would run 1.5-2 hours and they'd have stuff for our three kids to do. This company consistently lies to its customers to get people to buy the product. At this time, they are in the process of revamping and are taking away promised benefits of particular groups of owners. The sales people lie to you to get you to buy the product. After a purchase, you find out the truth and the company does nothing about it. The properties are wonderful, they should not need to be so dishonest to sell the product. Once you are an owner, there is no way out without losing lots of money.

I bought a year ago in New Orleans. I have had nothing but frustration in trying to use it. I have spent hours on the phone long distance from Canada to Florida. Worst thing I ever did was buying this.
Club Wyndham and Wyndham timeshares - the biggest disappointment ever. Do not believe the high pressure sales which is misleading in many instances. Furthermore, it is extremely difficult to make telephone contact or make reservations online so that it is difficult to use your timeshare. Avoid purchasing a Wyndham timeshare! Their whole programme is misleading and attention to customer service lacking in every respect.
Wyndham has changed their website and it is so much harder to use and unfair to the platinum owners who get 50% discounts if room is booked within 60 days and a free upgrade. With the new website, this is almost impossible to do. Why did they change the rules with the new website - because they need to make more money and keep platinum owners from basically doubling their points, which is what I used to be able to do as I could book something way out, get right inside the 60 day window, cancel it and turn right around and re... read more

STAY AWAY!! LIES AND EMPTY PROMISES! They sell you on the slogan " GO WHEREVER, WHENEVER" and its complete b*******! You log into your account and there is legit no available inventory so basically that is false advertisement because YOU CANT NOT GO WHEREVER WHENEVER $20,000 late a bunch of lying pigs! I always have an amazing time when I stay at their resorts. The staff is great!
We booked the Wyndham Nashville through my Husbands mother who has vacation points through RCI. The place was nice, our room was great and we loved the location BUT their pushy "90 minute presentation" was a completely awful experience and has turned us off from Wyndham Resorts forever. We were asked when we checked in if we wanted to attend the 90 minute presentation in return of a $100 visa gift card and a large sit down breakfast.
