Not dependable. System too big to provide credible service. Lots of apologies and poor follow through. Good luck getting service transferred. After too many phone calls with well meaning people, still failure to get resolution.

Having issues getting gas rejoined back up. They locked the tank due to propane levels and now it’s been a week with no heat. We’ve called everyday we’re told we were on the schedule for today and now finding out they never had us down. They’ve been lying about appointment times and to top it off when they originally delivered there was someone home to do the leak check and he never even knocked. I’m tired of fighting with them. I have two small children in my house and no heat.

Amerigas is absolutely terrible. Never, never use Amerigas. Their business and customer service is absolutely terrible. They need a negative rating. I regret switching over to Amerigas. I signed up for an account with them in November 2021. I set up an order on November 9, 2021 to have propane delivered. At the beginning of January I still had not received a delivery. One, I wish there was an option to not give this company any stars - this company sucks!!! I have some kind of issue every time I need my tank refilled. We are now on auto deliveries, and my delivery is scheduled in a couple of days, but we have no gas!!! The percentage that their computer is stating is 19% and we have zero!!! Our hot water, oven, dishwasher, etc., run on gas. I call only to be told that I will have an emergency fee charged and delivery will be w/in 24 hours. They extort from customs and still waiting on refund since pick up in December 2021 . Being billed for pickup but will not refund or take out of refund . Take was full on pick up Plus had 20 on Guage before filling up with was 28.6 gallons at 502.00 dollars. Just want my refund and be done with these crooks they deserve negative 10 stars.
