Just work 2 days with them 1 unexpected emergency and they removed me from my assignment even though they told me one scheduled and end up being a different one skip the middle party and go to the main employer more common sense.
They don't return calls, emails or text. I went through the entire interview process, still being told to "wait 3 more days, 4 more days, next week". I was offered another job the day after Balance Staffing said I was hired, so I missed that FOR SURE JOB, STILL WAITING to hear from you guys!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

They can you your job right away and they are very nice and respectful five stars
They have recruiters who don't hire you based on your experience but only if they like you as a person.. I was in a class on January 16th 2020 with a room full of people who have never stepped foot in a Fab, I have 20 years experience and did not get hired but at least one of them did...I followed all of the directions only thing I did was forget to take off of my hair net after we took off our bunny suits. Balance is the worse agency ever ! I went there a month ago, they said they had a job for me later on that day they made me go in again for what for nothing! They said they'll give me a call back Never herd from them again...
