Our sales person, David Molina, was very nice to explain options and give us suggestions bases on our house size. Vendors of Costco have been vetted and have always had a stellar reputation. AZ didn't disappoint us. They showed up on time with a professional crew, lead by supervisor Jovani. They put down floor coverings, to protect the hardwood, in the house and told us their work installation schedule. We had a service on our air-conditioning that EZ installed. Jack was our technician and he was efficient, informative and respectful of our home. Very pleased with Jack and the company's performance.
Start from Ilan, great explanation, walk us through all options what to have, and what should not spend more for what we don't need. Installation day, ten men, Emanuel team(if I remember his name correctly) came in from 8 am, done by 6 pm. They covered all furnitures, cleaned up right after. - great jobs.
