Very Happy to do business with AZ from the installation of a new Furnace and duct system to the follow up. AZ sent sent Technician Burton for the year after installation check up. I am sooo pleased with the service he provided, not only was he very thorough and knowledgeable on his craft, but also he provided me with valuable advice to keep my AC working in optimal conditions. A truly craftsman. Thank you AZ !!!
Really had a difficult time with these folks, from their estimate, to scheduling appointments for work, all the way through to the final steps of cleaning up their finishing touches. Do not think I would want to work with them again, even with their Costco affiliation.
Jovani and the crew he managed were first class in every aspect. Jovani is an example of the type of leader any business would want to represent them. He simply was not satisfied with the installation until I assured him that all was excellent. AZ was very empathetic of medical urgency of needing ac looked at due to heavy noise of sparks and crackling and Sent Technician Jack same day of our call he was professional provided details of the issue made all general maintenance and completed the work in a timely manner. He also check for other reasons for hearing the spark in unit and climbed up in attic. I would recommend AZ to my family friends and neighbors
I had a scheduled maintenance appointment to check on my AC and heating system. Andrew was very professional, kind, and prompt. He was respectful of my home and gave me a run down of everything he found and informed me of the condition of my system. He did a great job! The communication between the office was smooth as well they are accommodating of scheduling even though we are in a heat wave! I'm very pleased with my service from them.

Nino and his team did a great job. They removed my old heater and installed a state of the art two cycle HVAC system all in one day. The system looks & works great! They did an excellent job protecting everything from dust, took away the old system & trash, and thoroughly cleaned up. Very impressive!!
