Great installation, but somewhat delayed. I think the delays were due to the permitting process in my city, not due to AZ. I think they also shorted me on Costco cards, but I overlooked it.

Jack H. was a great technician that came and did a full maintenance of our roof package unit. He was very thorough and respectful of our home especially in this time of the Rona. He wore gloves, mask, and slippers for his boots. He explained what he was doing and let me know what he recommended for our system to keep it clean and functional for years. So far they have been very professional on the installation of our Heating & Air Conditioning and they called us to remind us of our first maintenance which we will schedule in September just before the 1 year mark.

Andrew is an absolute all star when it comes to air conditioning. His acumen of product along with his personal skills set him apart from other technicians. His work is spot on and will always go that extra mile for a client.
For our 6 months complementary preventive maintenance, Daniel called us to remind and schedule a convenient time for us to have it done. On the day of the service, Andrew called 30 minutes before he arrived and he showed up at our house in his professional attire complete with mask and shoe covers.
