AZ installed our system one year ago. AZ was very easy to work with. All the employees we have dealt with, were professional, pleasant, and very helpful. We had our one year service completed by Jack. Jack was very knowledgeable, kind, and very efficient. I highly recommend this company and their product.
The experience was great at every step, from initial sales contact to final inspection. The sales rep was very professional and answered every question. The installation was well-done: they arrived on time, their various teams were well-organized, and the complete installation was done in one day. The lead patiently explained the various features, how to use the thermostat, where the filter was, etc. AZ even sent a team member to accompany the city inspector for final inspection.
I had heat/air unit installed in mid October. Installation crew was great! They arrived as scheduled and worked all day to complete the project. Installation of the heat unit was under the house which does not allow a lot of working space. But at the end of the day, all was well. Rate 5 star for the installation crew Now working on equalizing air flow and condensation from the air unit.
Andrew was wonderful! He called 30 minutes before his arrival and was extremely accommodating with my busy day. He arrived at my request at 8:00am sharp! Andrew was very pleasant and knowledgable and immediately emailed me an outline of the maintenance check list that was performed. I will definitely request Andrew each time our unit needs service!
We Had Jairo Zepeda come for our first mini split inspection. He wore a mask, was very polite and personable. Gave us good advice as to when and how to keep units clean and answered many other questions regarding its proper use. Very satisfied with his service.
AZ Air Technician Andrew came out to perform the semi-annual Lennox HVAC service on Dec 2, 2020. My appointment window was 8AM - 11AM. He called that morning at 7:45 or so to let me know he would be arriving in about 10 to 15 minutes. Andrew was pleasant and very professional as he went about his tasks. Jovani and the staff were great. They all wore masks and booties to cover their shoes. I had a list of questions for him which he addressed prior to installation. The installation went marvelously except for one vent cover which will be taken care of soon. They were incredibly neat and did a beautiful job of cleanup. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the company and the unit.
Kyron call me when half hour prior to arrival time. He was wearing a mask. He was here to explain utilization of the new thermostat. He was polite took the time to explain it and I would recommend this company to anyone.
