Technician Kyron B. Conducted 1st biannual maintenance on my AC and heating systems. Kyron was professional and thorough in addition to being friendly, polite and respectful. He was very patient and clear in answering questions and explaining future services and payment plan options.
I had scheduled my appointment and was told it would be between 11 and 3. The technician showed up and 11:30. He was extremely thorough and explained everything to me. My husband usually handled everything but now has dementia dementia. I would recommend the technician to all my family and friends. He was courteous and very respectful.

Professional, hard-working, thorough and fantastic service! This crew came in and worked extremely hard for 8-plus hours. They sealed rooms to prevent any dust and laid out floor coverings to avoid any dust or scratching. They came in, they did their jobs and when all was said and done, they cleaned up so well that we did not even know they had been here except for that we had two beautiful new heating and air conditioning units. Super service - clean work - intelligent people, who care. We installed a new modern Air Conditioning & Heating system in this 121 year old house for the first time. We were worried and therefore went through Costco assuming they would contract with the best. We were right. They do. From proposal through installation, permits and follow up AZ handled every step flawlessly and efficiently. And during two days of installation they left the house clean each night. Thank you, AZ.
Felipe serviced our heating-AC unit and did an excellent job. We had an air purification component installed, as well as cleaning of the blower and air vents. Felipe's work was professional and his cleaning thorough and he explained each step of the process to our satisfaction.
