Eric call 30 minutes before arriving as I requested. He was on time and very personable and professional. Eric explained what he would be doing and updated me as he went along. He is definitely someone you want on your team. I've had other technicians who were not as skilled as Eric. I would definitely request Eric for future servicing.
Jack came to my home and serviced my unit. he recommended an additional service which I chose to take him up on. He came on time, called ahead to let me know he was coming too.. He was courteous, kind and worked very hard to make sure everything was in order. I would highly recommend him and his company for your air-conditioning and heating needs. Janet

Jairo Z. Serviced our HVAC System this morning (first one) and he was very courteous, he wore PPE (so did we), and he had a demeanor of really knowing our system well. He did find a fault in that our UV light was not working. I suspect it was not working even at the install of July 2020. AZ Air promised to coordinate another service visit to resolve this problem and we are waiting with baited breath for that to occur.
We had our heating unit installed by Jovani and his crew. They were very courteous, professional doing their job. Took all precautions while in our home. They were timely, completed the job in one day as expected. Explained what was being done throughout the whole process. Overall Jovani and crew went above and beyond in the installation.

Timo just finished the final inspection with the city of Torrance. Once again, they scheduled for me and were on time and efficient. The system is awesome and the service and support were A+
