AZ Air Conditioning & Heating did an incredible job removing the two furnaces from in the attic and two AC condensers from the side yard and then installing our new Lennox system. So much work all accomplished within twelve hours! The crew of ten worked non-stop after putting down floor coverings and dust shields; and when the work was completed, they carted away all old equipment and trash. Cleanup was terrific! The crew was very conscientious and respectful. I would call them again in a heartbeat!
Our technician Burton came right on time. He answered all the questions I had and gave me tips for regular maintenance that I could do. He did not try to sell us anything, just laid out the facts. Very respectful, professional and knowledgeable.
Burton is excellent!! He has great communication skills explains everything!! Fixed our mini split works like new. He is amazing!!! Great personality and it's so refreshing to see someone who knows what they're doing!!!! J. *******

Worst customer service ever. They have come out to my house three times now to fix my heat. They left my house and not 12 hours later the heat was broken again. It was also 23 degrees outside when it broke. They want to charge $1650 for cleaning of two pieces. The parts to replace are cheaper than the cleaning. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Very poor service ethics. They told us that they had found a circulating pump for our furnace. This was untrue leaving us without a furnace for 10 days
There was a error on my appointment but A&G made way good on this preventive check. Furthermore the tech, Joe, out who came out gave me advice on my unit that would benefit the life of my unit. Thank you! They made my experience comfortable, professional and beneficial. Thank you!
