We have been to the Avi several times with in a couple of years, sad to say I won't be coming back. I was really disappointed. I don't know what kind of housekeeping they do but all the furniture was dirty you could see the dirt as you walked in. Sink and bathtub were clogged. Toilet wasn't flushing right, there was crickets all over the bathroom. The ice machine didn't work, no coffee maker we actually had to bring our own.
