We have been going to The Avi for 23 years. Best beach and pool by far on the river. Rooms are adequate and clean, nothing fancy, no coffee maker, and our room safe was broken. Casino is nice too, but they don't have my "Hot Roll" slot machine. Also the casino has too much cigarette/cigar smoke, blah! I will keep coming back though, beach tower, pool view!

My husband and I love this place! Perfect ammentities for all ages. Brought everyone with us this time, parents, kids and in laws.

We come here at least twice a year, and every time it's amazing!!!! Love the service & the beach is 1000 times better then any other place. Very family oriented. We highly recommend it!!! 😍🏽🎉🏖🍺🌊

Had a million dollar view of the pool and river in the Beach Tower. Very nice restaurants and activiries. Didn't have to leave the resort for anything. We will definitely be back.

Everything for our week WAS perfect. Loved the beach and the pool. Machines could have been a bit more loose. Restaurants food was ok.

This place needs a lot of work from the hotel room to the buffet food...just really disappointed!! Room very outdated and felt dirty, quality of food in buffet was horrible, roll away bed was like sleeping in a bowl, called for an extra blanket and didnt have any. Only good thing about this place is the pool! Friendly pool staff and great food and drinks at the pool bar. Definately wont stay here again or ever reccommend it to anyone!!

The room was really clean. The employees was really nice. I went there for one night with my daughter. Kids quest was awsome. The pool I think should be deeper then 4 feet in one little spot. Come on think about the adults here. The bed was a little hard to sleep on but the pillows was better then most hotels. When gambling the cocktail waitress comes around very little.
