We loved our view of the river room. The front desk was very nice and let us check in 2 hours early. Lots of parking places. Aha Grill had great food and very nice employee's. The bar in the casino made excellent drinks. The movie theater was clean and had great popcorn. The only thing we didn't like was there was only one elevator to our rooms and a long line of people all weekend waiting to get in and out. I would stay here again and recommend this place to my friends and family.

The hotel experience was horrific! Customer service None! If you don't care that your rooms are not clean bathrooms sink backs up, cobwebs, room floors dirty and if you don't mine that the so called Management doesn't do anything for you! Stay here! For my first time here and last! Thanks Avi for making my experience one that will Never make me come back! Also beware of your personal belongings!!

Don't waste your money people......I recently had a 2 night stay here with my entire family.....The sink and tub were backed up....I found a pubic hair on the bathroom floor � the air conditioning wasn't cooling our room.....it turned my vacation into a nightmare....

Bad experience at this hotel my sister room.was clean while we where still staying here and one of the girls who clean her room went thru her purse and maybe other stuff and she stole money from her purse nothing else was taken thank god.. but over all customer service sucks and security as well they don't know how to handle anything at all.. we where thinking this was one of the best hotels in laughlin to stay but we where soo wrong!!
