We travel with my severely handicapped brother and we need adjoining rooms as he is totally immobile and requires round the clock suctioning. We had requested adjoining rooms when reservations were made and followed up with a call to front desk at check in time to reiterate our medical necessity for adjoining rooms. Upon our arrival we were told there were no more adjoining rooms available. The desk clerk/site supervisor didn't even check the computer, she was totally unapologetic and arrogant! The employees are very friendly and try very hard to keep the customers Happy. I especially thank Patti in the Registration Area for her excellent work with the check-ins. She works very hard to make sure that they are satisfied with their Rooms.

The hotel room is old and not updated. AC noisy in the room. People/staff were great. The Moonshadow grill was great. Boat launch convenient.

The folks at the front desk are not the nicest. Perhaps because of the motorcycle river run. The room did not have coffee and bathing towels were in short supply. The room was not worth 160 plus fees per night. The river setup was a 5 and the staff from the Cantina and snack area were the best. They certainly made up for the bad attitude of the front desk. Smoking in the Casino to get to a nonsmoking room did not make sense

Rooms have no view and this morning buying coffee a pregnant employee knocked over the rack that holds the fruit and coffee mugs for sale and hit my leg and drew blood and not even a SORRY. Last time I stay here.

Overpriced buffet with few items, with cold and dry roast chicken. No refrigerator, no coffee pot, TV volume didn't work right and hardly any channels to choose from. Bathroom fan didn't work and mold in shower. Dirty carpets throughout the place. The North elevator didn't work right. Door didn't open at your floor, it shook and rattled, I was glad we only stayed one night, I was afraid of getting stuck in the elevator. What a shame!!! It used to be sooo nice. We won't be back.
