Check in manager Zena (fat lazy Reservation indian) was very rude and un accomodating. She couldn't find my reservations and made me come back and stand in line 3 seperate times. When I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager. I reserved a river view room and to be an ass she gave me the room closest to the elevator and my window had a view of a wall not the river. Staff is great! Pool area is great!! This was our second visit and plan on making it our family tradition!!

The casino smelled really bad with nasty smoke and it seemed like there was no AC and the air didn't circulate! The rooms were hot and the outdated ACs in there were too noisy to turn them on, especially at night. No fridge in the rooms which you could at least put your water bottle to keep them cold. The only nice thing about this hotel is their beautiful pool and view of the river when at the restaurant.

Tightest machines in Laughlin. Never got more than a three of a kind on any of their machines.

Went to the buffet and the food was nasty and not a great selection. They used to have a really good buffet but has gone down hill the past couple of years. The service has never been good there. You'll wait forever to get a drink refill. They should just make it to were you get your own drinks it would be quicker. I asked another server for ketchup and she told me that "my" server can get it for me. Needless to say we will NOT be going back nor recommending it to anyone else.

Buffet was terrible. Worst food and service we have ever had. Also people allowed to smoke In the non smoking section. Staff very inattentive. Will not be back.

Nothing but good stuff. Plenty of ice machines in you floor, easy access via stairs if needed (honestly only know that because the elevator can be slow), great buffet, awesomenstaff all over the presmises. Second time here, will be back!

Rooms were comfy, free wifi on the ground level was smart, the tv outside was dope, and the valet was always done in good time.

We were here for my daughter birthday over the event that was here forbidden fantasy was awesome my daughter enjoyed every moment, why wouldn't we it's our casino. She loved everything. We enjoyed it from check in to the end , I work behind the scenes and seen it on the outside it was all fantastic. Good job everyone for making our stay a good one. Thank you to feathers for your good service.
