We have not had any of these bad experiences that are written here. The front desk is always good to us and very helpful. The buffet was great. And my son loves the pool and beach. And especially kids quest!! We've only stayed overnight one time and it was fine. But we take our son to the pool and beach alot!

Outstanding fireworks show for Memorial Day and the band in the bar I wish I could remember their name all I know they are from San Diego they were amazing one of the best bands I've ever heard they even had a violinist she was awesome

The front desk folks are very rude and not responsive at all. We arrived and needed a room with two beds or at least a roll away bed. No go. We then asked for an extra blanket. No go. So we tried to at least get sheets. You guessed it, no go. The rooms aren't cheap and they should be for the service you get and the quality of the room. On to the actual stay. The rooms are passable but outdated and the carpet is disgusting. The food is not great. Options are limited and what is available isn't good. The pool is pretty dirty. ... read more

This resort is simply fabulous. The rooms are very nice and we had a beautiful view. Everyone there was very nice and friendly. The pool and the lagoon area was my fave!!! Oh and of course when not st the pool I had a great time gambling!!!

Had a great time down at the tables, the moonshadow restaurant was awesome, the best lobsterbisc soup � Felt the rooms could use a little clean up improvements but overall it was nice. Great pool and beach �
