The Avi has been used and abused, but is still a decent place to stay. Location was convenient for us as we have friends in the Ft. Mohave and Needles area and launch at Jack Smith Marina. Too pricey for what you get and compared to other hotel/casinos in Laugjlin. No in room coffee and ice machines were empty, but it was 120* Staff was friendly, especially the morning lady at Mohave Roast.

Tried their buffet today and probably one of the worst buffets I have been to. Hardly any selection for food. Definitely NOT kid friendly food wise. A couple of things were good; their roast beef and carved Turkey were good and mashed potatoes, stuffing and gravy were pretty good, but everything else from salad dressing to soup to dessert was horrible. Staff was polite and attentive.

Zena Kormes very nice very helpful checked us in beautiful room jo fisher nice and very helpful. Bar nice food good. Beach pool wonderful

This a great place to visit and relax..the pool is awesome and the colorado river even better..can wait for next year but we will staying for a week..

I have always loved staying in the avi. When I checked in the rooms where not ready, the older lady that was there was racist. There was no ice the machines the 4 dsys that I stayed there.

As a single mom, I really ceel safe here with my 2 girls. We come here about 3 times a summer and love the pool. They also have a kids quest that my girls really enjoy. When tbey are in kids quest, that's when i get to gamble.

El cervicio del hotel es bueno pero el bufet es un robo no vale la pena comer ahi! Y la agua de la alberca se mirava susia

El Bufet para el desayuno pésimo, y los servicios del baño para bañar horrible el agua muy escasa y super caliente estando en agua fría

This place is so awesome, way better than the Blue Water. If you gamble they give you free drinks!
