We've been coming to the Avi for many years but this time was not a good experience our room had a terrible order the sink would fill up with water and shower head was broke the water would spray everywhere and get the floor soaked, l don't think we'll be staying there again.

They make this place look so Amazing, like your in for a wonderful time... yet the most friendly people or the the only friendly once we're the valet personnel, with the exception of one day... The house skipping was horrible! The ice machines worked only one day. We had an alarm go off one morning and had no had no idea what was happening or that it was a false alarm. That was very disturbing, no one seemed to know about customer service by far the worst I've ever had. Made the best of my stay because the price already play... read more

The staff were very nice all throughout the Hotel and casino. I've stayed at different Hotels and can see that it does need to be upgraded. A little renovation would help a lot. Room was clean but it did have a mold smell to it. Overall we had a great time, just lounging by the river beach was worth the trip. Very peaceful, and my son loved their arcade as well.

we were in room.4123 in 4 floor for 3 nights employee manager Hector so nice so it's doña Rosa the housekeeper very friendly in helping that people do the a good work

Use to be the only place we would go in Laughlin still have a good friend that works there ,but it was bad for awhile now it seems back on track with entertainment etc,but room rates are redicouluos on weekends and there totally basic rooms , this sends alot of folks to downtown Laughlin ..

Went to go see a concert, won't make that mistake again! Room is small, they maximize the chairs on the floor, staff was not very helpful! Not a good first time visit.

Im giving 2 stars bc the kidquest is great, beach is nice but packed wall to wall, pool is nice very busy as well, but what is disturbing is how dirty this entire hotel is. Every piece of carpet hasnt been vacuumed in weeks, huge smeared handprints on the elevators trash on your walk back to your room, and our room is boring, dusty and FILTHY. Long black hairs all in our bathroom sink floor bathtub, very dirty carpet. We asked for them to clean everything, including the linens while we were downstairs, i actually marked the ... read more

We've stayed here in the past and got great service. This time I can't say we had the same experience check was a bit of a mess. The room they gave us stunk like marijuana, we complained and they said there was nothing they could do about it unless the people got caught doing it....so we had to deal with the smell on our floor for 3 days. Other than that the service was pretty decent from other staff.
