Very disappointed I won't be back. Ice machines don't work, dirty rooms dirty pool, buffet food horrible

We had a wonderful time. First time staying in their it was a great experience friendly people nice clean room. Went to the steakhouse for dinner it was delicious great service. Will definitely be back.

I enjoyed the four days spent at Avi for the Chair Volleyball tournament. Everyone from the people working in the background to the Tribal Chairman were top notch, the service was outstanding, along with the entertainment, and the event itself was well planned and well organized. Thank you, thank you!!

Great service. Great Employees. Great food with a variety of other places to eat besides the Buffet. Loved that they had a movie theater there. Valet was great. Comfy beds. I didn't care for the tub it had no "grip" at bottom almost slipped twice. Overall we enjoyed our stay

This is our second summer staying here. Quality has gone down tremendously. The rooms were dirty and gross. Customer service was beyond awful. We ordered a roll away and extra blankets. The man that delivered our roll away basically shoved it in the door and walked away. We had to call 3 times for the extra blankets which took over 3 hours to get. Most the staff was rude. I gave 1 star since the bell hops and valet guys were awesome. Sadly we won't be staying here next summer.

So comfortable, so much hospitality, very clean! The confusion of other casino sites and services don't exist here! But everything the other casinos have are here for you to experience comfortably! And if your a boater, ramps accesseble right next to complex! River rentals also available! Enjoy as we did! Bear from Catalina Island gives the Avi, 5-stars, Excellent!!!

Second time staying here. Both times the rooms are just okay to be honest. Rooms are old and dirty. The staff is very rude and act like they don't want to be here. The only reason we stay here is for the beach a nd river area. Next time we might just go into Laughlin or havasu. If the staff was nice I could look past the older rooms, but the staff is the worst part. From the front desk to the pool. Very disappointed.....

Great beautiful resort at an incredible value. We loved their beach.
