Worst place ever!!!!! I bought a 2018 dodge caravan with 69k miles on it. I took it in after 3k to get the oil changed. They told me it was a quart low of oil and there was oil all over the bottom of the engine. I took it into my local mechanic and they told me that it needs a oil cooler and also a full head job. I called several times to the dealership to try to figure out what the right thing to do. We traded in our car and bought a traverse. We live in ******* and bought it in *****. We were told that they would pay off our trade in in 10 days and they didnt. We were stuck with a late payment process and it went negative on my credit report. There is still $15 dollars that hasnt been paid on the trade in and Ill be damned if I pay it!! The finance office didnt send us the paperwork like they said they would nor did they send it to the dmv in Alabama so we could get a tag. In 2018 I purchased a *** at AutoSavvy in ****** ** (it was called AutoSource at that point)I had the car inspected at a local shop and it passed with flying colors, then ***** miles off the lot - just outside warranty the dealerships warranty - the turbo failed spectacularly. Im glad I found Auto Savvy. **** is a great salesman- easy to deal with, he is a no pressure salesman - I very much appreciated this. **** is also very polite and attentive. *****, the finance manager is a very nice person to deal with. I do not like shopping for cars, but **** and ***** made it pleasantly easy. Thank you to everyone yesterday. Ill be a returning customer and will recommend **********************.

Absolute GARBAGE!!! I was in my way to see another vehicle and they called and said they had a truck for me. Offered to work a deal and I sat for HOURS waiting. Then was called and told not only was the vehicle a REBUILT title, but they had an appointment on it later that day and an appointment is a priority over an offer on the table. They not only lost me the vehicle which was not advertised as a salvage vehicle, they made me lose out on purchasing another vehicle I was on my way to sign for!!!!
