Found a car at this dealership after searching on Cars.com. I submitted a request and salesman Aaron C** responded. I asked if the vehicle was onsite as this location was 1 1/2 hr drive from me. I also asked if he had the Carfax as there wasn't one posted. He said the vehicle was there and that he didn't have the Carfax in front of him. I let him know via email that I would be there at 1pm. Horrible Customer Service, No Credibility, Empty Promises We bought a car from the AutoSource in Woods Cross, UT and while the buying of the car was done with ease, the experience afterwards has been a nightmare and we regret having bought a car from them. We took our brand new car to get it serviced a few days after buying it for an oil change and found out that the back rims were bent. Brian, we're sorry for any delay in communication. It appears that the reason for denial has been misrepresented slightly here. The records from the company who corrected the issues with the rims, and our own records both show that the 4 tires matched when the vehicle was returned to you. For that reason, the tire replacement was denied.

I wish I could rate them on multiple points, but since I can only give a generic star rating, I have to settle on 1 star due to their Customer Service. First, I had a GREAT buying experience with the company 5/5 stars. The sale's man I purchased from was knowledgeable, and the Sale's Manager was kind and courteous. Everything about their website makes it look like they sell safe cars. This isn't true. I had a collision and took it in and all the welding done was unsafe. It was rusting and thin. They stretched out the parts to make them fit. The guy I took it to told me that if I had been in a wreck my head would have hit the steering wheel before the air bag would have deployed. We told auto source this and they stated they are not going to help us. They never gave us papers from our purchase. Said they would email them and never did.

Buying a car is usually torture. This is the only dealership that I have ever went back to. 3 times so far. They make the process as painless as possible. Upfront pricing and not having to haggle for 3 hours makes me a repeat customer.

When purchasing big ticket items we often come across issues. At these times we hope to be working with a company who will respect our concerns and take care of us. I had just such an issue with a purchase at AutoSource, and Val and Josh did their best to take care of me and help me resolve the issue. I was very satisfied with the results.
