So they change their name so all of the bad reviews go away. Do NOT but a car from these people. It has been a nightmare!! My 2019 ****** Ascent that I bought with less than 10K miles has already had to get a new engine. Most of the parts on the front end are falling off and the paint peeling away. I have only put 20k miles on the vehicle. The money you "save" is not worth the headache you get. My vehicle has been in repair in Windsor Colorado since the 22nd of July. For over a month, I have not had my vehicle and I have asked for a replacement vehicle but have not received any answers from the management team in boise (Liz), the customer service department and from the management team in windsor (Dominic). I had a good overall experience at Auto Savvy in Windsor, CO. I test drove a couple of cars there and a few other ones in Longmont and Littleton. (The Nissan and Subaru dealerships in Longmont messed up twice, giving me two wrong cars to test drive, so no good ratings for those.) So I reached out to Auto Savvy again. I had Bryce R**** running me car keys all over the lot in order to find me the perfect vehicle. He was extremely patient, positive, and upbeat both days I came in. He takes pride in the work he does, he’s honest, and he definitely does what’s best for the customer. I bought a car at the Woods Croos dealership AutoSavvy & Jarom H***** as I started asking more questions he started to be short answered and everyday at times are fun of my accent. He refused to removed the Apex Protection that I didn't want, and wouldn't explained to me how or what it was. The code that I was supposed to have gotten to activate the app was also not provided. I purchased a car with AutoSavvy the last week of April. I was super excited about my car, the sales guy was great and i was taken care of. Then my car started having issues within 2 weeks of purchasing it. Something in the front left week was messed up. Pulling off the freeway the car was shaking and i knew it needed attention. This company was great to work with when I was buying a vehicle from them. As soon as I paid them it stopped. When my taxes and plates were coming due they sent me a notice that they needed to change some information on the title. I sent them the paperwork back and then called trying to get a timeline on when I can get the title to take care of everything on my end in the required timeframe .
