Autosavvy did not pay the taxes for the car I purchased. The car got totaled, and now I cannot get the title. The state is coming after me for the money. They also never sent my refund for the extended warranty.

Be careful. I was just looking at a Buick Lacrosse on their site for an amazing price. Double checked the VIN number on the Ride Safely website and found out there was significant water damage to the vehicle. Again, be careful.

Disgusted. There is no one that wants to help or answer phone calls. I was suppose to get parts replaced on my drivers chair and got a hammy down version with the ventilation not working.
Here is your warning!!! If you move ahead and buy a car from these guys, good luck to you. They do not stand behind their cars after the sell them!! Check engine light came on 2 days after we drove it off the lot, and has stayed on despite us doing work with our mechanic. There is obviously a much more serious issue that is going on but we can't get anyone at Autosource to help us. These guys are crooked, be super careful!

As well as spoken with ****, from our customer service management team, concerning your vehicle. Unfortunately, the issue is not covered by our limited powertrain warranty and a vehicle service contract was not included when the vehicle was purchased. At this point we will not be able to provide coverage.
Look at their reviews, the real ones not fake ones written by themselves and friends and paid bots. I was also a victim of being told the vehicle was fully repaired with no issues but it needed thousands in repairs. They don't honor their warranty or return emails or answer the phone. You'll get the run around when you try to run a problem up to higher management too. If you want to experience the stereotype of the worst used car buying experience buy one here.

I purchased a 2018 Honda from them and had to put over $4,000 in repairs the first year. The repairs had to be completed because the vehicle was not correctly repaired the first time. There were even parts that were super glued on! I reached out and spoke with the manager and he would do nothing! Please stay away from this business. If you want to buy a salvaged car, find a better dealership that actually fixes their vehicles correctly.
I purchased a 2016 Chevy Camaro SS from them in August of 2018. When I purchased the car they told me it was a flood damaged car but it only reached the bottom of the car and everything was rebuilt. I looked and seen no damage and everything was in great working condition. When I purchased the vehicle I also purchased the warranty that they provided.
