Bought my car on 9/9/22. Noticed a paint chip the size of a ************* piece on front bumper. Was told that's the way they got it, tough luck. Then I noticed a failed roof repair that didn't even last a year. The manager seemed quite concerned and promised to take care of it. He wrote me a 'We Owe' for $750 for roof repair and said he was going to be nice and give me $250 for bumper repair. Don't buy car from AutoSavvy. Management would want to help. No wonder their employees turnover so fast you wouldn't believe. AVOID at all cause. Many parts were missing from the underbody of my car after it was picked up. Over $1300 worth of parts were missing from under and inside of my car. Terrible service.NOBODY returns your calls or emails and you can NEVER get ahold of anyone.Problems:1. They bake an extended warranty into your loan without telling you. Be sure to check line items for this.2. Been a month and a half and the loan for my trade in still hasn't been paid off so I'm still making payments on a car I no longer own.3. Month and a half and no title or paperwork to the *** to get the car registered...now I'm incurring late fees.I'm pretty sure they are embezzling funds or going bankrupt. Going to get... read more

Bought a car from here and have had nothing but problems and I am constantly dodged by the customer service rep and the workers. sometimes they are disrespectful and think they can do whatever they want this is unacceptable for a company to do the things this company has done

Deceptive selling practice. They know what models, colors, are hard to come bye, and then advertise they have one. Once you drive 12 hours to get to one of their stores, which are way out in nowhere, they will inform you the car you came to look at has just sold. Then they will try to sell you a similar car so you didn't waste your time. Total scam. Don't waste your time if you have to travel to their lot.

This business is selling vehicles with retitled loans and is allowing customers to drives hours to its store before informing the customer of the title status. The salesman did not inform me of the retitle status of the vehicle I was interested in and let me drive three hours before saying he had to tell me by law. The salesman stated the title status is on the website. Later I found the disclaimer is on the website with a brief pop-up that is unable to be read unless you close out and reopen the website several times. When ... read more

RL, every vehicle listing of ours clearly states the title status of the vehicle in the description. We do not shy away from the fact that our cars have branded titles. We are the nation's largest dealer of branded title vehicles. We do not utilize pop-*** on our website to disclose title status, so you must have been viewing another company's website.

Purchased a vehicle from this company, needed to license it in a neighboring state. It took them 6 weeks to mail the paperwork to the state and then they sent in the wrong paperwork! The license agency called them and it still took them an additional week to provide the paperwork to be able to license the vehicle. Attempted multiple times to contact via phone, always sent to voicemail and no return calls, when I finally did get ahold of someone, they took a message and still no return phone calls. We bought a 2015 ****** Armada just under 3 years ago. In April I was in a collision where someone hit me while I was sitting at a stoplight. When the body shop went to repair the damage, they discovered that it had significant frame damage from the previous accident that had been covered up and not fixed. They had told us it had all been fixed before we bought it.
