My grandson purchased a 2021 ***** Civic from Auto Savvy for my grandson on 5 July 2023. My daughter and grandson went to Auto Savvy to buy the car and I am paying for it. We fully understood that the car has a branded title but their warranty helped us to make the decision to go ahead with the purchase. My grandson took possession of the car on 5 July and then on 29 July the car would not start. My grandson called Auto Savvy to see if they would tow the car and they refused. This business is selling salvaged/totaled out vehicles at pre accident value. Very unethical and terrible business practices

Horrible with communication lack of attention very rude not helpful at all Dont wanna give you funds back within 30 days of consumer rights they are corrupt not good for business compulsive liars

Dishonest dealership and would not trust them at all. We bought our vehicle and drove it home 4.5 hrs with severe road noise that increased dramatically. We were shocked to learn that the tires were turned inward so we could not see prior damage. The steel belts were worn through completely, the tire shop we took it to was floored. The alignment was severely out of whack. AutoSavvy promised refunded money and their flawless apology, but we have yet to see anything in the form of follow through. This business (Autosavvy of ************, **) sold me a vehicle that was damaged and extremely dangerous!! It was previously involved in an accident (which I was aware of) and was supposed to be repaired, but some key suspension components that were damaged were not replaced. This damage nearly caused me to lose control of the vehicle on the highway at 70 mph. When I took the vehicle into a repair shop, they discovered the bent and broken components. Bought an overpriced branded car with a warranty and a bunch of empty promises. Went almost two months without getting our plates, which were supposed to be here within two weeks. All of this is understandable as delays can happen. We finally got the plates after having complications getting into contact with anyone at AutoSavvy. I'm looking to buy a car that I have checked out on the internet. the car had to have a certain mileage, options, and accessories. saw what I wanted at the price I was willing to pay and even in the right color. last step before calling with a gracious offer was to check out some of your more recent reviews. I can only say, I'm glad I did. Sorry Auto Savvy.

When you visit as a new customer they treat you like a king, but when they sell you a car you are no longer worth anything buy a car and after 2 weeks and only 5 times that I used it it was damaged and no but they don't want to fix it and worst of all they don't take calls if you don't want to have problems don't buy a car in this business they don't work no but they don't eat them

On May 22, 2023 I traded for a car I really wanted. Everyone I came in contact with that day was so friendly, caring, forthright and helpful. It was a great buying experience. Now, 52 days later I am contemplating hiring an attorney in order to get done what I was promised. I don't want to sue ********* just want what I am entitled to as part of the agreement we made.
