I purchased a vehicle on Feb 25th and on my way home I nearly had an accident due to the caliper not having bolts in it. I had to tow my vehicle home at my expense because the car lot was already closed for the day. They didn't seem to be very concerned of what I had gone thru. I was told that I would receive a refund and if he takes my calls I keep being told by the ** (***********************) that he approved it the refund but Corporate hasn't sent any refund check. Went to this dealership to purchase a used vehicle on a Friday 17 March. Had scheduled with them to come back on Monday 20 March to complete purchase. On Saturday 18 March my wife was constantly contacted by them to come and complete the purchase because 3 other buyers were interested in it. I bought a car back in January 2023. I put down ***** for the car and it has been about 4 months now since I have not payed, and still have not payed to this day.I get a call from *** yesterday telling me to lie to a bank about my hourly pay and lie and say that I am full time to the bank. The reason why is because the bank red flagged the dealership because the information they gave the bank did not match what I told them. Company has very shady ethics. Damage to vehicles is more severe than they reveal. Repairs are done only to make it look good and no regard is given to safety. My vehicle did not even have the airbags hooked up. Trying to work with them is ridiculous. Theyll claim that they cant even contact you to work anything out. Save yourself and go elsewhere!!!!!

I purchased a vehicle and two days later white thick smoke came from the exhaust upon starting and after taking off, I returned the vehicle and I was asked did I contact the Service Department,No I replied and Auto Savvy contacted them the service department contacted me and set up an appointment for me to be told it was too much oil and had to change,Four weeks later same problem,but nothing's wrong

Company treats employees like a number and will let them go just as quickly as they hire them. Only cares about growing big enough to sell the company off and cuts corners to do so. Upper management doesn't have a clue and causes chaos and confusion amongst the employees by changing things every other month all the while expecting performance.Newer locations are sinking due to cutthroat ethics and the revolving doors, it's not just the customers that are treated horribly but the employees are too

I live in ******** and was interested in a 2019 Traverse. When I visited the dealership, before I went to check out the vehicle I wanted, the financial manager asked to see my check that I'll be purchasing the vehicle with so if I do decide to move forward with the purchase that it'll be a smooth process. Luckily my credit union doesn't work with salvage titles dealerships so the financial manager advised me to go with theirs. Purchasing my vehicle and doing the trade in was seamless, the salespeople were very nice and professional. However, I cancelled my extended warranty back in September which has been confirmed by the extended warranty company and I have yet to see the refund be given to my lienholder. I have called and left multiple messages and cannot get anybody to respond to me about the status of my refund. Extremely frustrating and has soured my entire experience with this dealership.
