Bought as vehicle from Auto Savvy with a branded title. When I purchased the vehicle the first question, I asked was is this branded title financeable because of high interest to purchase the vehicle and they were quick to answer yes, when in fact is it is not true I have tried to refinance through many lenders, and they have all denied the lending due to the title being branded which is in fact the same as salvaged no matter how they put it. These people are criminals!!! Absolute scam artists. How they are still in business is baffling and blows my mind. Promises aren't kept and customer services once you sign on the dotted line is a joke. Every review I've read is exact and true. Don't know how these people sleep at night. This is what's wrong with our world today, people taking advantage of people for the mighty dollar!!! I have had nothing but problems with my vehicle since buying it in June of this year from ***** Auto Savvy.I got a 2018 ****** Forester, and was ASSURED time and time again that they do some multiple point inspection on ALL their vehicles to ensure safety and satisfaction on the road when you buy it, and that only a select amount of branded vehicles pass that and make it onto their lot. I do not recommend this company to no one. I traded in a 2018 for a 2022 same model for lower miles. My car was in great condition that I traded in. I bought the new car at the end of July 2023, but I only have been able to drive the car for about a month out of 3 months of having the car. Weve purchased 3 vehicles within a year, with the second vehicle we purchased we included a policy for repairs. Unfortunately, it was involved in a car accident and had to cancel the policy that we had added. I have been struggling to get answers on the policy status. I would give ZERO stars if possible. I live in *******, bought a car through ******* (salesman). Bought a truck that was not in the condition they stated. For first month of purchase the truck was sitting in their shop. It sat waiting for approvals. They still didn't fix everything. 3 months later and now it has a significant leak and they won't provide a loaner vehicle and I have to have transportation and they haven't given me any other options.
