Buying a car is usually torture. This is the only dealership that I have ever went back to. 3 times so far. They make the process as painless as possible. Upfront pricing and not having to haggle for 3 hours makes me a repeat customer.

I have referred them to over 15+ customers because I really liked the business model of what they sold. It is a shame that this has changed. Recently in March 2020 I experienced one of the worst car buying experiences with their WoodsCross location. I felt like I was not an important and valued customer. I just purchased a 2019 Acura TLX A-Spec from the Gilbert location and we absolutely love it! We literally saved about $20k versus the dealer sticker price which was still in the glove box. The car has just 6,000 miles on it and looks, drives and smells like brand new! Our salesman was Roger and he was wonderful!
