When you visit as a new customer they treat you like a king, but when they sell you a car you are no longer worth anything buy a car and after 2 weeks and only 5 times that I used it it was damaged and no but they don't want to fix it and worst of all they don't take calls if you don't want to have problems don't buy a car in this business they don't work no but they don't eat them

On May 22, 2023 I traded for a car I really wanted. Everyone I came in contact with that day was so friendly, caring, forthright and helpful. It was a great buying experience. Now, 52 days later I am contemplating hiring an attorney in order to get done what I was promised. I don't want to sue ********* just want what I am entitled to as part of the agreement we made. Bought 2 vehicles from AutoSavvy and both had the transmission go out in less than 3 years (under 30k miles!) **** $8,000 in repairs!!! Whatever discount you get from buying a rebuilt title you lose in costs to repair it. We're been without a car for 6 weeks total while they've been in the shop being repaired for stuff that AutoSavvy should have fixed from the beginning. Brought a car from them, a 2018 ****** Corolla se w 39k for ****** was totaled the first time in another state..then rebuiltanother reason not to trust any dealership I was well aware they fixed it but wasnt aware it was totaled

I purchased a vehicle from this company back in December of 2020. I was told the car had been in a front end collision and was shown the car fax, but that they had "completely replaced" the front end stating that everything was brand new, including new air bags. We initially opted for no warranty but they lowered the total price of the car and gave the ** the premium level warranty program that covered everything but cosmetics for the next three years. Buyer Beware! I purchased a 2019 Acura TLX from AutoSavvy. The car had a salvage title and was supposed to have been professionally repaired. Within 30 days the clear coat started to bubble and peal off of the area repaired by AutoSavvy (Hood, front bumper and fenders). The paint/body repair was supposed to carry a 1 year workmanship defect warranty. I notified the manager, *************************, of the problem but he didn't respond. Do not buy a car from this company. While looking a vehicle over to purchase it, a previous customer came out of the dealership and told me to beware of the company and not to buy there. He was having problems getting support from their management. I ignored his warning and purchased my car. The sales staff are very good and have the customers interest at heart but, the management is not. I asked if I could get my car repaired anywhere if needed and was told yes. I purchased a vehicle on February 3, 2023 and got the extended warranty. I later changed my mind about the extended warranty and wanted to cancel it and went in and filled out the paperwork to cancel the extended warranty on February 9, 2023. It is now April 8, 2023 and they have finally finalized the cancellation process after much prodding and multiple emails and phone calls.
