Took delivery of a new 2017 RAV4 AWD XLE today. We picked AutoNation because of their solid reputation for making deals right. We shopped at our nearby Toyota dealer but wanted to see what else was out there. We made contact with Tee and she made us an offer we couldn't refuse, and was within our budget. We were going to drive the 7 hours to Spokane Valley to pick the car up, but Tee offered to have the car delivered for no extra charge. That's customer service at the highest degree. I bought a RAV4 at AutoNation and I love it. Ron Lollis was extremely helpful and great to work with. He was more than willing to spend lots of time with me showing me several different cars and going over lots of the things that were new to me on the car I purchased. Phenomenal service and a smooth sales process. Bob Allen is one of the best Salesmen I have ever worked with. Upfront pricing, no games, and even went the extra mile to show me how all of the new electronics work in the 2017 Camry when I picked the car up. Brad Swanson in the Finance department likewise made doing all of the paperwork a breeze and didn't try to "oversell" protection or service plans like many do.
